ERP Systems, IT Services, IT Support Service, IT System Management, SOP Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hardware and Software Application: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.
∎ Help Desk support: Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing their IT related inquiries and issues via email, phone, or WhatsApp . Ensure all support requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
∎ Microsoft office update: Manage Microsoft Office install and update.
∎ IT Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate IT inventory of all IT assets like Laptops, Printers, Tonner.
∎ ERP Support: Provide ERP support to the end user.
∎ IT-related Bill Process and Approval
∎ Configure Operating system on Laptop and desktop
∎ Daily basis user fault/system entry error receives & verify
∎ Showroom wise due list verify and co-operate with SR to complete the risk
∎ Assigned any Job by Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 24000 (Monthly)
