Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular audits of operational, financial, and compliance-related activities across projects and departments.
Review and analyze project expenses, billing, procurement, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and risk exposures, and suggest improvements.
Perform surprise audits at project sites, sales offices, and other company locations.
Verify and assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
Prepare audit findings and assist in drafting audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
Provide timely reports with risk assessments and practical recommendations.
