∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Basic calculation, Communication skills, Computing, Facts Findings, Internal Audit Related Works

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and audit, Group Of Company, Internal Auditing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Retail Store
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & Verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy transference of accounting transaction.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop audit plan.
∎ Meticulous checking of documents relating to regular purchases, and suppliers status.
∎ Pre-audit of all purchase requisitions and vouchers, invoices before payment.
∎ Reconciliation of cash and credit purchases, suppliers accounts, sales and inventories.
∎ Obtain analyses and evaluate accounting documents, financial documents.
∎ Prepare audit report & share the report to the concern management.
∎ Work with any team regarding audit purposes issue implemented.
∎ Audit of the appropriate purchase order, bill of exchange & bank reconciliation.
∎ Participate in special audit as and when required...
∎ Developing Management Information System (MIS) regarding internal Audit issues
∎ Internal and external audit coordination.
∎ Maintaining the report of Procurement, Accounts, Inventory, Finished goods & Cash inflow & outflow.
∎ Audit of the appropriate purchase order, bill of exchange & bank reconciliation.
∎ Visit Different depot located in various districts of Bangladesh for audit purposes
∎ Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the management time to time.
∎ Check all Mobile bills.
∎ Check all Transport vehicle fuel bill, Paper renewal & Repair & Maintenance bill/ note, adjustment.
∎ Check all Tour bill, Fair bill, Sales & Conference bill etc. of Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ Checking of employees payroll as per attendance and ensure payment thereof.
∎ Assist in any significant issues as and whenever is required by Finance & Accounts dept.
∎ Check all Operational Expenses- Petty cash, Stationery bill, Power/Fuel bill, Courier bill etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
