• Evince Group one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for Executive – Internal Audit for our factories located at Gazipur. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Description:

• Physical Inventory (Running & Leftover Fabric, Running & Leftover Interlining, Running & Leftover Sewing Accessories, Running & Leftover finishing Accessories, Leftover Shirt Spare parts & Stationary Item).

• Checked Aging in All Item.

• Checked Order Completion Report (OCR).

• Follow up leftover garment's handover from floor.

• Follow up leftover Segregation (Grade-A, B, C)

• Checked & Follow up Receiving Challan & SR with ERP Software.

• Checked Materials In-Out register & ERP.

• Checked Security personnel in their assign place.

• Checked all kinds of register.

• Checked returnable register & gate pass (EDR, sign of concern person).

• Checked Sample Requisition.

• Checked Buying File/ Tech Pack.

• Checked Materials Receiving & Documentation.

• Checked Record Keeping Procedures & Documentation.

• Physical Verification of Keeping Sample Garments.

• Checked Surplus Fabrics & Accessories.

• Checked Manpower Information.

• Physical Inventory on Machine of Sample section.

• Physical check the machinery as per report & as per ERP report.

• Check machine rent procedure.

• Check machine loan procedure.

• Check machine transfer/loan procedure to others factory.

• Check idle machine.

• Check all kinds of required documents.

• Checked machine maintenance system.

• Checked spare parts consumption/utilization in randomly.

• Checked hourly production Report.

• Follow up style closing & leftover segregation.

• Checked risk analysis report with month wise sample & production.

• Production floor visit as per audit check list.

• Checked Monthly reconciliation report (Order Qty, Cutting Qty, Sewing Qty, Finishing Qty, Shipment Qty, Sample Qty, Gift Qty, Poly in hand Qty & Categories wise reject Qty).

• Checked shipment possible garments among the poly in hand garments from monthly reconciliation as per buyer requirement.

• Checked Short Shipment garments & style from monthly reconciliation report (Fabric Status as per Cutting Consumption, Sewing & Finishing accessories & reason of short shipment).

• Checked gifted garments with gift policy.

• Checked Daily & Monthly DHU report.

• Checked reject garments & find out reason of reject garments.

• Checked leftover garments in the floor after finished the shipment.

• Checked excess Button & Thread in the floor.

• Checked thread cutter (sharp age).

• Mobile bill
