∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create customized sales proposals for different institutions based on their needs.
∎ Achieve sales target (monthly, quarterly and annually).
∎ Provide necessary information to the concerned team (Business Development/Brand etc.) to assist in developing and launching new products.
∎ Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
∎ Assist in implementing company sales & marketing promotional activities within the assigned target market.
∎ Drive towards the highly competitive business environment.
∎ Collect information from market about competitors’ promotional / branding activities.
∎ Ensure delivery of products in time as per sales orders in coordination with the distribution team.
∎ Supervise, prepare and check daily sales report and submit it to the Department Head.
∎ Meet with the customers on a regular basis to build a long term beneficial relationship.
∎ Discover new sales opportunities through continuous market research.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good knowledge about corporate/institutional sales.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
∎ Excellent leadership quality and good communication skill.
∎ Strong analytical ability to solve problems in shortest time.
