∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Clear knowledge on IT operation will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience in user support and IT operation.
∎ Willing to learn new skill and adopting new technology.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ End user support including installing and configuring software, hardware, printer and scanners etc.
∎ All kinds of devices (router, switch and AP etc.) configuration and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosis and troubleshooting of all hardware including end users PC and other devices.
∎ Response on user’s query over phone and physically.
∎ Prepare and maintain good documentation and reports.
∎ Configuring IT services on several platforms like windows and Linux.
∎ Monitoring network and IT operation.
∎ Security Surveillance system installation and maintenance.
∎ Prepare all preventive action for smoother IT operation as required.
∎ Perform all day-to-day activities related to hardware etc.
∎ Perform whole or partial procurement process of IT equipment.
