Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, dynamic and energetic Executive Information who have experience in the Biscuit and bread industry.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and accumulate sales Information per day posting;
∎ Plan and organize all Information about sales, team events and sales information data collection
∎ Create innovative ideas about how to enhance market properties and ready to share as informative manner and execute them
∎ Inform to the Management about the sales information and its activities;
∎ Research and analysis the information of online sales information about the Food market, competitors and any other business facts that contribute to increase the profit margin
∎ Prepare the prospective sales information database for the Company
∎ Set up meetings with the executive sales;
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and events
∎ Participate in the Sales meeting and provide the Sales related comparison information
∎ Follow-up the achievement/ sales target of the sales executive;
∎ Visit the factory/projects;
∎ Assurance the information database about the sells target in Dealer and other sales information.
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Submit reports of daily, weekly & monthly work-progress to the Management;
∎ Generate sales information comparison report of each product in Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ Prepare Manpower wise various Sales report in monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly.
∎ Observe the list of dealer commission, incentives, special program commission etc. by maintain compliance of company's existing rules & regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Information sales of Food Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Biscuit product, Group of Companies
∎ Excellent knowledge in digital marketing, traditional branding and marketing, event management and sales in Biscuit Industry
∎ Proven experience in Sales Information Management in Biscuit Industry;
∎ Excellent communication skills - liaise with a wide variety of contacts, clear and confident approach.
