Working Hours: Roster Duty/Shifting Duty (6 Days/Week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our company.

• Installing, implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

• Should have experience with Wi-Fi device, CCTV, IP Camera, Attendance device management.

• Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication.

• Must have hands-on experience in network Cabling, Routing and Switching.

• Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards.

• Ability to work under pressure & take challenges.

• Require good communication skill.

• Must be ready to do provide emergency support when required.
