Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing and updating employee attendance and leave information.
∎ Acting as the HR focal person for the project.
∎ Ensuring staff-management policies are correctly applied.
∎ Interpreting and communicating basic safeguarding policies to staff, including Anti-Fraud, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Terrorism, Anti-Bribery, Child Protection Policy, PSEA, Gender Policy, Whistleblower Policy.
∎ Regularly visiting field working areas to ensure the implementation of proper HR interventions.
∎ Providing recruitment and personal file-related documents to the Head Office HR team for proper documentation.
∎ Assisting in joining formalities, staff separation formalities, release letters, employment certificates, final settlement, ID cards, RRRC ID cards, visiting cards, etc.
∎ Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Head Office HR team.
∎ Update attendance records and leave balances in the HRIS.
∎ Generate and share attendance and leave reports regularly with the Head Office HR team.
∎ Facilitate interview processes and coordinate with the Head Office HR team.
∎ Guide new employees through the onboarding process and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
∎ Prepare and conduct induction sessions for new employees.
∎ Organize and support training programs and awareness sessions in collaboration with the Head Office HR team.
∎ Ensure all staff are aware of and understand the organization's values, codes of conduct, and policies.
∎ Report any violations of safeguarding policies to the appropriate authorities.
∎ Conduct regular visits to field sites to assess HR needs and provide support.
∎ Ensure HR policies and practices are being followed at field locations.
∎ Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes and personal files.
∎ Submit required documentation to the Head Office HR team in a timely manner.
∎ Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
∎ Manage employee files and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
∎ Promote and support the implementation of HR strategies and practices.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Head Office HR team.
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, from a reputed public or private university.
∎ A Master's degree in the same field is preferable.
∎ Any HR-related training and/or certification will be considered an added advantage.
∎ 02-03 years of experience in a similar role in any large national or international organization.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Understanding and sensitivity regarding safeguarding policies, including Child Protection, PSEA, and Gender.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bangla typing skills.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Basic understanding of general HR management, office management, documentation, and filing.
∎ Fair understanding of the recruitment process and procedures.
∎ Knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and database management.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship building, teamwork, and employee coaching skills.
∎ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a high-performing team.
