Job Purpose
The Executive – HR, Administration, Sales & Business Development will support the overall workforce management, administrative operations, sales activities, customer relationship management and business growth initiatives of Slow Resorts Limited.
The position will work across both The Slow Deck and The Slow Garden to ensure effective employee coordination, smooth administrative processes, strong corporate client relationships, efficient booking follow-up and consistent implementation of the company’s sales and marketing activities.
The employee will act as a coordination point between resort operations, employees, management, corporate clients, business partners and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
Support recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance reports, leave records and employment documentation.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience certificates and other HR-related documents.
Assist management with employee onboarding, orientation and workplace policy communication.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave and workplace discipline across both resort properties.
Coordinate employee performance reviews with the Deputy General Manager and respective Resort Managers.
Assist in identifying training needs and arranging service, hospitality, customer care and operational training.
Support employee engagement activities and help maintain a professional and positive workplace environment.
Assist in handling employee concerns, workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters under management supervision.
Coordinate payroll-related attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions and other employee information with the Finance and Accounts Department.
Ensure that company HR policies, service standards and workplace rules are properly communicated and followed.
2. Administration and Operational Coordination
Provide administrative support to the Deputy General Manager and senior management.
Coordinate communication between the head office, The Slow Deck and The Slow Garden.
Maintain official documents, agreements, employee files, supplier records, client records and administrative reports.
Prepare meeting schedules, meeting minutes, internal notices, memos and management reports.
Monitor office and resort administrative requirements, including stationery, uniforms, identification cards and staff facilities.
Coordinate employee duty rosters with Resort Managers and departmental supervisors.
Assist with licence renewals, government documentation, insurance, vendor agreements and regulatory compliance records.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, business and financial information.
Follow up on assigned administrative tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.
Support the implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures across both properties.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and external stakeholders when required.
Assist management in organising corporate events, internal meetings, staff programmes and promotional activities.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation
Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, event organisers, educational institutions, banks and other business partners.
Promote The Slow Deck and The Slow Garden packages to individual, group and corporate customers.
Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp communication, email outreach and follow-up with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain a database of corporate clients, previous guests, leads and business contacts.
Contact previous Slow Resorts guests and corporate clients regarding new packages, offers and property updates.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable daylong, night-stay, corporate and event packages.
Prepare sales proposals, corporate offers, quotations and presentation materials.
Follow up with leads until booking confirmation or final client decision.
Coordinate confirmed bookings with the Reservations, Finance and Resort Operations teams.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Support the achievement of monthly sales, booking and revenue targets.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Track lead sources, conversion rates, booking values, client feedback and lost-sales reasons.
Support upselling of additional services, activities, food packages, events and transportation partnerships.
4. Marketing and Promotional Coordination
Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for both Slow Resorts properties.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, videographers and digital marketing agencies.
Prepare content ideas, promotional messages, campaign briefs and offer descriptions.
Support social media content planning for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
Ensure that marketing materials follow the premium, calm and slow-living brand identity of Slow Resorts.
Coordinate promotional activities for seasonal campaigns, holidays, corporate packages and special events.
Assist with influencer, media and brand collaboration arrangements.
Maintain records of marketing partnerships, campaign agreements and promotional commitments.
Monitor customer responses, enquiries and feedback generated from marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure that advertisements contain accurate package information, prices and booking details.
Support the collection of guest photos, testimonials, reviews and user-generated content for marketing purposes.
Conduct basic competitor research regarding resort packages, pricing, promotions and customer experience.
5. Business Development and Partnerships
Identify new business opportunities that can increase bookings, brand visibility and customer value.
Develop partnerships with banks, payment service providers, ride-sharing companies, travel platforms, universities, corporate organisations and lifestyle brands.
Prepare partnership proposals and assist management during negotiations.
Maintain regular communication with existing business partners and follow up on agreed deliverables.
Coordinate corporate agreements, discount programmes, promotional campaigns and cross-brand collaborations.
Assist in listing Slow Resorts on online travel agencies, booking platforms and corporate benefit programmes.
Research new customer segments, markets and package opportunities.
Support the development of corporate retreats, employee outing packages, university programmes, lifestyle events and experiential tourism products.
Track the performance of partnerships and recommend improvements or renewal opportunities.
Represent Slow Resorts professionally during meetings, events, exhibitions and partnership discussions
6. Reservations and Customer Relationship Support
Respond to customer enquiries received through telephone, WhatsApp, email and social media when required.
Provide accurate information regarding packages, pricing, availability, inclusions, policies and payment procedures.
Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the enquiry and booking process.
Follow up with potential customers who have not yet confirmed their bookings.
Coordinate booking information with the relevant resort team.
Maintain updated customer and booking records.
Conduct post-visit follow-up to collect guest feedback and encourage future visits.
Handle basic customer complaints professionally and escalate serious issues to management.
Support customer loyalty, repeat-visit and referral initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate organisers and responsible contact persons within client organisations

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
Candidates with a combination of HR, administration, sales, hospitality or customer relationship experience will be preferred.
