Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ The candidate who has a Hotel Management Diploma degree in a relevant field is also eligible to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards
∎ Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crew
∎ Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
∎ Apply human resource management skills, such as training, scheduling, and evaluating the performance of the staff
∎ Handle administrative tasks
∎ Participate in the planning of hotel decoration for special functions and festive seasons and organize the necessary actions.
∎ Keep abreast of all new equipment and cleaning products and evaluate their quality, maintain knowledge of local competition and housekeeping industry trends.
∎ Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings writing reports and memos, and other specific duties related to the job function
∎ Should have sound knowledge about modern guest amenities to maintain international standard of the hotel and need to suggest procurement department to procure that items.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional attitude
∎ Previous experience working in housekeeping is required
∎ A previous EHK experience is an asset
∎ Good customer service skills

Salary: Negotiable
