Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of practical work experience in hotel or resort operations.

  • Must be very smart, professional, and polished in conduct and decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in English & Bangla.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel/resort software (PMS, POS).
  • Marketing sense or experience in guest engagement strategies is a plus.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to create training modules and conduct internal staff training.


Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Birulia, Savar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily resort operations ensuring smooth and guest-focused service.

  • Develop and implement SOPs, service policies, and quality assurance protocols.

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff in guest service, housekeeping, room service, and front desk management.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address concerns proactively.

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Maintain budget control and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

  • Assist in marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns (added advantage).

  • Monitor industry trends and recommend service improvements or innovations.
