• 1-3 years of experience in a homoeopathic/herbal/pharmaceutical manufacturing unit is preferred

• Good documentation and research skills.

• Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Well conversant with MS office applications.

To support our production team, we are looking for the following position.

Job Summary

A BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) Doctor in the role of Production Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating the production of Homoeopathic and/or Herbal medicines in compliance with GMP standards, formulation guidelines, and regulatory norms. The role combines medical knowledge with manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and therapeutic efficacy of products.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day production activities in the designated section (e.g., mother tincture, potentization, globules, syrups, tablets).

• Ensure that formulations and batch preparations follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and in-process checks.

• Provide technical guidance in dosage preparation, succussion, trituration, and potentization processes.

• Ensure availability of raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials in coordination with the stores and procurement team.

• Ensure that workers follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols during production.

• Train production operators and helpers on SOPs, hygiene practices, and product knowledge.

• Knowledge of Homoeopathic pharmacopoeia, dosage forms, and manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with GMP documentation and regulatory requirements.
