Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA will be preferred/ or any good discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform sales and marketing activities of Real Estate/Furniture/Shipping.
∎ Visit and find out prospective clients for creating new market opportunity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher with minimum knowledge in Sales & Marketing may apply. Preference will be given to those having Real Estate/Furniture/Shipping experience.
∎ Pleasing Personality.
∎ Must be pro-active, smart, and self-motivated.
∎ Should have good presentation skill.
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure.
∎ Must have extensive practical knowledge of Real Estate/Furniture/Shipping.
∎ Having computer knowledge, preparing report in Bangla & English as needed.
∎ Should possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
∎ Keeping up-to-date information of the competitors.
∎ Excellent customer service and high quality salesmanship skills.
∎ Good understanding of Real Estate/Furniture/Shipping.
∎ Ability to conduct effective meeting with clientele.
∎ Capable to make effective communication/correspondences via Mail, Phone and Social Marketing.
∎ Anyone who has experience in the field of Real Estate/Furniture/Shipping will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable depending on the candidate`s capabilities, knowledge and experience.
