Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve and execute corporate sales target of Group business.
∎ Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels-campaigns, branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers.
∎ Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risk.
∎ Support the Head of Corporate Business in executing the corporate sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Generating new business by identifying potential customers via sales promotions and presentation to companies.
∎ Maintains & promotes good company relations with clients and members.
∎ Ensures timely communication and response to inquiries from employees and employed groups.
∎ Develop growth strategies and plan for procuring new businesses.
∎ Effectively managing all the activities related to insurance programs and contracts, and ensuring control over insurance documents issuances, and document evidence compliance.
∎ Analyze end to end journey of Group Life and Health and suggest mitigations required to grow the business.
∎ Reporting as needed for Head of Group Business and Management weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
