Job Context:
∎ • Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing or graphic design outsourcing industry.
∎ • MBA/Graduation
∎ • Fluent in both spoken and written English is a MUST.
∎ • Telemarketing skills are an added advantage
∎ • Good verbal and written communication.
∎ • Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems
∎ • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow
∎ • Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Doing research for acquiring client data
∎ • Creation of client database.
∎ • Maintaining of follow-up list.
∎ • Calling clients to acquire the business
∎ • Meet revenue targets set-up by the management
∎ • Training and maintaining marketing team
∎ • Maintain inbound / outbound communication with client in acquiring the business
∎ • Office hours will be on evening shift, i.e. 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
