∎ HSC & SSC: 5, A ‘Level & O ‘Level preferred.

∎ Strong knowledge of fuel markets, pricing mechanisms, and supply chain dynamics would be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive fuel procurement strategies to meet the company's operational needs while optimizing costs and ensuring supply reliability.
∎ Identify and evaluate potential fuel suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and pricing agreements.
∎ Monitor fuel market trends, analyze price fluctuations, and adjust procurement strategies accordingly to mitigate risks and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and logistics teams, to forecast fuel demand, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews of fuel suppliers, assess contract compliance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality standards and service levels.
∎ Stay updated on regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to fuel procurement, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and sustainability initiatives.
∎ Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, monitor procurement performance, and identify areas for process improvements and cost savings.
∎ Prepare and present periodic reports, budget forecasts, and analysis of fuel procurement activities to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
