Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical expertise on all Flight Operations Engineering aspects, including aircraft performance, weight and balance, ‘MEL’, and fuel conservation
∎ Manage Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) for All Fleet
∎ Monitors and updates the airport database in relevant performance software
∎ Provides key input and support for fleet and route and aerodrome analysis
∎ Management and control of the NAV data for the Flight Management Computer (FMC) on the aircraft
∎ Support and use of all relevant manufacturer and third-party Performance Calculation Software Including database management, program validation
∎ Ensure aircraft performance data is provided to end users or systems that are accurate, economical, compliant and timely
∎ The efficient design and production of aircraft obstacle avoidance procedures using technical specialist skills and knowledge
∎ Develop and manage systems for the collection, calculation, checking, storage and publication of aircraft performance data
∎ Prepare Reports and technical analysis of airport capability and payload analysis for requested routes
∎ Manage the update of flight planning databases to reflect individual aircraft
∎ Complete data verification and quality assurance in the implementation and ongoing use of manufacturer Weight and Balance data
∎ Review and evaluate current and proposed regulations relevant to aircraft performance, weight & balance and airport requirements for both domestic and international operations
∎ Assist in the development and authoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance processes for the publication of aircraft performance and weight & balance related manuals
∎ Ensure revisions for aircraft performance or weight & balance manuals and controlled documents are published on time and act as delegate controlling authority for these manuals
∎ Liaise with service providers relating to aircraft performance, weight & balance and aerodrome infrastructure issues
∎ Liaise with Flight Operations management, Engineering, Ground Operations and Network Operations in the development of shared systems, procedures and operational documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency
∎ Develop highly effective relationships across the airlines with all internal and external stakeholders
∎ Support regulatory & IOSA compliance for Flight Operations Dept
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Profound Analytical Ability is a must
∎ Must be a tech savvy
∎ Excellent computer literacy specially in Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point) is compulsory
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Attention to detail and able to multi task
∎ Must be a team player
∎ Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them accordingly with a high degree of focus
