Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Fresh Graduates from top-rated Universities like DU, RU, CU, NSU, BRAC, EWU, IUB, AIUB etc.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic qualifications and performance but relevant experience in finance or business analysis will add value.
The candidate must possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and strong cross-cultural communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in day-to-day financial transactions including payments, receipts, and data entries.
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or customized ERP).
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements.
Help in managing vendor and client invoicing and follow-up.
Work with the HR and admin teams on salary disbursements, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
Ensure proper documentation of all financial records as per audit and compliance requirements.
Assist in preparing VAT, AIT, and other statutory tax documents in line with NBR regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits or tax filings.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the finance manager or management.
