Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, major in Accounting/Finance
∎ Part qualified or CA course completed (CA-CC) will be plus

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day to day capitalization works and update site catalogue
∎ Check Asset under Construction (AUC) expenses, identification & notification of long outstanding AUC to concern unit and reconcile with GL
∎ Monitor and control asset transfer in RAPID
∎ Check ledger balance regarding custom, insurance and C&F cost
∎ Conduct physical verification and tagging of newly add on assets
∎ Assist to prepare monthly reports such as Fixed Asset Schedules, CWIP Ageing & Asset Addition
∎ Attend major auction sale process (Asset Disposal) & completion in time
∎ Collect data from OBI team and send it to SCM for completion of GR & GI. Coordinate to the SCM personnel for doing asset auction process
∎ Monthly depreciation run posting and ensure depreciation properly reflected in general ledger
∎ Prepare yearly fixed asset verification plan and monthly monitoring the progress
∎ Supervise inventory verification and monitoring

∎ At least 2 years working experience in related field
