Job Context:
∎ Haque Food Industries Limited is a reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a professionals for the position of Executive in the department of Finance and Account for its head office in Dhaka.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining regular operational activities regarding fund availabilities for the purpose of vendor payment, loan payment & other daily basis operational activities to run smoothly.
∎
∎ Fund Transfer & RTGS process and follow up with all banks till fully executed transaction on daily basis.
∎ SAP posting of all fund transfer and RTGS
∎ Duty RTGS initiate
∎ Bank Reconciliation
∎ Vendor Payment Management.
∎ Loan Document prepare and full fill the banks requirement regarding loan process.
∎ Prepare disbursement process and rollover the revolving loan
∎ Follow up loan payment process with banks.
∎ Prepare Bank balance daily basis
∎ Maintaining relationship with all assign banks on regular basis
∎ Any other tasks assign by line manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Able to work with team
∎ Coordination with other departments for smooth daily operational activities

Salary: Negotiable
