Job Context:
∎ Haque Food Industries Limited is a reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a professionals for the position of Executive in the department of Finance and Account for its head office in Dhaka.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Financial Statement considering the Income Tax law.
∎ Ensure compliance of Income Tax Act and related process and procedures.
∎ Corporate Tax Planning of the company to maximizing the profit.
∎ To ensure appropriate Deduction of TDS/VDS from Different party as per Ordinance/ Rule/Act/SRO.
∎ Handle Companies all sorts of Tax issues.
∎ Prepare statement with all supporting documents for Tax Related.
∎ Dealing with Director Tax file.
∎ Tax related correspondence with Tax office & consultant.
∎ Relevant records to ensure compliance with Tax issues.
∎ To prepare, review & submit Corporate Tax Return (Annual).
∎ To prepare, review & submit Director Tax Return (Annual).
∎ To prepare, review & submit quarterly withholding Tax Return (75A).
∎ To prepare & submit 108A return.
∎ To prepare TDS challan with deposit Bangladesh Bank.
∎ To prepare monthly TDS report.
∎ To prepare monthly Sales report as per Musok-9.1
∎ To review tax assessment order.
∎ Tax related document keeping.
∎ Month closing sales collection confirmation.
∎ Monthly Bank Reconciliation & identify the difference and ensure and the corrective action.
∎ Prepare Ad-hoc report as per requested by supervisor and management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Experience in SAP-ERP
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
