∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Candidates who graduated in the 2023-2024 session
∎ Maximum 1 year experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
∎ Proficiency in MS Suite especially in MS Excel
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
∎ Fair communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping
∎ Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transactions
∎ Work closely with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
∎ Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed
∎ Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
∎ Monitor daily cash flows to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital
∎ Assist in investment and funding decisions by providing accurate financial data
