Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Microsoft Office Applications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day administrative and financial activities of the project .
∎ Manage research staff of the project to achieve the goal of the projects maintaining their attendance, leave and other day to day records to calculate and document the FTE.
∎ Maintain every record of the research expenditures with supporting documents.
∎ Check and cross check all the invoices are accurate and appropriately documented and stored and coordinate the activities with the Program Manager and Finance Manager.
∎ Maintaining the check in and check out and all other HR related documents under the supervision of the Program Manager.
∎ Review the external communication materials such as newsletter, social media post, videos etc.
∎ Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment for everyone.
∎ Analyze and report any administrative and financial issues that arise during the project immediately.
∎ Management and storage of research data following data protection guidelines of NIHR.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the local Principal Investigator.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with experience in research project management will be given preference.
∎ Fluent in both Bangla and English at the academic level and able to interpret and translate fluently between these languages.
