Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Finance from reputed university only.
∎ CMA (Partly Qualified) is preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Finance & Bank Operation, Finance Management, Financial Statement, General Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and VAT, Accounting Software, Banking, Finance Management, General Accounting, Income Tax and VAT, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Executive - Finance & Accounts having experience in Real Estate Sector or Group of Company.
∎ 03 - 04 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate Company or Group of Company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly financial report of the organization.
∎ Carry out daily financial transactions and ensure the transactions are properly recorded in Accounting System/ ERP software.
∎ Prepare budget variance reports and share it with departmental head on monthly basis.
∎ To arrange monthly staff salary payment, arrange /daily/weekly /monthly payments and process vouchers /transaction posting into ERP software on regular basis.
∎ Doing Accounting & Financial forecasting, budgeting and implementation
∎ Process the vendor's payments in timely fashion.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in Database
∎ Prepare a bank book on a regular basis. Produce financial report with monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and timely submission of Tax and VAT return.
∎ Prepare/produce audit documents, facilitate the auditor and prepare audit report.
∎ Any other related tasks as assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge on ERP software.
∎ 03 - 04 years of work experience from a reputed Real Estate Company or Group of Company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
