∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting / MBA major in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Partly qualified from ICAB / ICMAB / ACCA is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record project wise day to day accounting entry to software
∎ Handle receipt and payment of the Company
∎ Reconcile customer ledger with sales department
∎ Reconcile supplier ledger with supply chain management
∎ Work with treasury function for bank reconciliation
∎ Assist HOD in conducting financial analysis to evaluate new investment decisions, including valuations of assets, analyze market trends, estimate property development cost, analyze cash flow etc.
∎ Assist senior management with investment portfolio management
∎ Evaluate the performance of current investments and provide periodic reports to senior management.
∎ Handle rental agreement with client and look after repair & maintenance, rent reconciliation, tenant relations, legal compliance, community meeting and compliance.
∎ Responsible for day to day general banking.
∎ Any other job assigned by the HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a property development or manufacturing-based company.
∎ Proven working experience in core accounts and general banking
∎ Strong computer skills, experience with MS office is required; expertise in Quickbooks is preferred
∎ Excellent written communication skill is required in English.
