Job Responsibilities:
∎ Journal, ledger posting.
∎ Responsible for daily checking all kinds of bills/Vouchers/Reports.
∎ Responsible for daily prepare of Accounting transactions (all kinds of accounts vouchers) like Payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transactions, records, and documentation.
∎ Check a variety of types of party's running & final bills and all kinds of local bills.
∎ Prepare MIS report & analyze the report monthly. quarterly, half-yearly & yearly, and submit to management high authority.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Factory overhead Budget and item-wise targeted Production.
∎ Checking Salary, Overtime, Festival Bonus & allowance.
∎ Posting Cash Book, IOU, Ledger, and Other.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Should have stress tolerance skills.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Must have a strong personality, positive attitude, and data management ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Handwriting must be neat and fast.
