Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Journal, ledger posting.
∎ Responsible for daily checking all kinds of bills/Vouchers/Reports.
∎ Responsible for daily prepare of Accounting transactions (all kinds of accounts vouchers) like Payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transactions, records, and documentation.
∎ Check a variety of types of party's running & final bills and all kinds of local bills.
∎ Prepare MIS report & analyze the report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly, and submit to management high authority.
∎ Prepare Monthly, Factory overhead Budget and item-wise targeted Production.
∎ Checking Salary, Overtime, Festival Bonus & allowance.
∎ Posting Cash Book, IOU, Ledger, and Other.
∎ Responsible For Petty Cash.
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to perform accounting duties for our Madina Maritime Ltd . Basically, he/she will properly record and maintain all the accounts of the financial transactions of the Madina Maritime Ltd of Madina Group's sister concern. He/She will work as per instructions from the head office. Also, he/she will do accounts related to all kinds of work. He/She should be responsible, patient, and honest.
∎ Job Responsibilities
