Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.com (Accounting/ Finance) from any reputed university
∎ CA-CC or partly qualified will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Billing, Finance, Payment process, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bill/ invoices vouchers accounts receivables and accounts payable, accounting record, financial statements, inventory managements and other financial reports to assess accuracy completeness and conformance to reporting and provable standard.
∎ Monitor and ensure day to day accounts & financial activities are properly recorded into books of accounts.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Card, MFS, Debtor, Creditor.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost budget, audit, banking tax and VAT insurance and other related activities.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements to the management through software.
∎ Handling company Tax & VAT related papers and filing VAT and Tax returns on stipulated time.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Trading Organization and Branch/ Showroom Outlet operation.
∎ Perform all accounts and financial activities of the organization asked by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Flexibility to work hard & absorb new skills.
∎ Should have previous working experience in Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Good at reporting and presentation.
∎ Work as a strategic thinker & Problem-solving skill.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships & good at teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Positive work ethics, loyalty, and being result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Salary: Negotiable
