• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Buying House

• 3-8 years’ experience in jersey products
• Work experience in Composite knit dyeing and/or in any buying house.
• Good in Basic computer operations ( specially in MS-Excel & Power point).
• Good command over daily communications.

• Evaluate fabric performance, appearance, and quality against buyer/brand specifications. Collaborate with fabric suppliers, mills, and internal teams for sourcing and development.
• Provide technical support in fabric selection, testing, finishing, and approval processes.
• Monitor lab dips, hand feel, shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, and other fabric parameters.
• Conduct risk analysis on fabric types before bulk production to avoid potential quality issues.
• Coordinate with QA and Production teams to resolve any fabric-related issue.
• Stay updated on fabric trends, innovations, and new technologies in the textile industry
