Responsibilities & Context: 1. Oversee and manage both academic and non-academic events, with direct involvement in executing academic events in coordination with SIMEC Group Event Management.
2. Monitor non-academic event plans, follow up on all updates, and coordinate with SIMEC Group Event Management. For events under SIMEC Polli, assistance will be provided by the SIMEC Foundation Office Secretary.
3. Coordinate with Media to fulfill requirements for academic, training, Vocational diploma short course and event related news coverage, including video production.
4. Provide Branding with requirements for academic, training, vocational diploma short course and event related posters, banners, and promotional boosting.
5. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
