Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, HSC in Business Studies, SSC in Business Studies
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Competitor analysis, Email Communications, Good at MS Office specially in Excel, Sales Reporting.
∎ Candidate with advance certification on Supply Chain Management & any other product development training will get preference.
∎ No third division in any level of education will be accepted.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Retail Stores/ Shops
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, E-commerce
Job Context:
∎ Highly encouraged Sales & Marketing background person. Specially from Footwear, Product Development, Brand Promoter, Electronics & DAP Products items industry. Must be creative thinker, Hard worker & able to meet the sales & Marketing targets for company development.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Electronics market.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist, planning and implement business promotional activities and tools.
∎ Prepare report on Retails Sales channels and submit to the Department Head.
∎ Developing market strategy for the company in Co-ordination with other Departments.
∎ Develop & Conduct Digital Marketing strategy for the company in co-ordination with other Departments.
∎ Conduct Sales outlet and product merchandising.
∎ Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ To look after customer/dealer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop
∎ Product Demonstration to the showroom/ corporate clients.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience working Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country will be an added advantage.
∎ Be a Team Player, Proactive, Can-Do-Attitude.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Ready to travel anywhere in Bangladesh if necessary.
∎ Distribution, Store/ Inventory.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP software (Must Be).
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per company Policy.
