∎ Training/Trade Course: Public Procurement and eGP Tender Procedure
∎ Skills Required: CRM Software, EGP Tendering Expert, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Project Mgmt, Sales Quotation

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): EGP Tender, Manual Tender, OTM Tender, RFP, RFQ, Sales Quotation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals, Science Laboratory, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

∎ Bismillah Scientific Company is an Importer, indenter, Wholesaler, Retailer and Supplier of All kinds Scientific & Laboratory Equipment, Specially works to the sector of Pharmaceutical industry, Hospital, Public & Private University, Research Institute, Health Lab, Environmental Lab, Dying & Knitting industry etc. all kinds of Laboratory instruments like Chromatography system, Testing meters, lab Glassware, Plastic ware Textile testing equipment, Weight Scales, Balance, Platform scales & laboratory Machinery, We are also the stockholder of Pharmaceutical instruments & Row Material, Industrial QC products, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Physics lab and water testing kits, Environmental and Fisheries all over Bangladesh. We are also the tenderer and consultant of the project of various Government Institution and organization are inviting applications for Executive,EGP & Manual Tender (Sales Quotation) tendering for Analytical Lab Instrument sales, Installation & Service all over Bangladesh throgh using e-gp Portal & Manual Tender servces, having its corporate office at Hatkhola Road, Tikatoly (Close to Motijheel )Dhaka-1213

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Selling Points:
∎ E-GP Tender , OTM Tender , Manual Tender , EOI, RFQ , RFP,Sales Quotation
∎ Must know the work of EGP Portal and Successfully submit Quotation /EGP Tender .
∎ Have good knowledge on E-GP Tender /OTM Tender , Gov Manual Tender Submission of EOI,RFG,Manual Tender Writing and Submission ,Sales Quotation, EGP Tender/Local/Manual Tender Submission
∎ Have Good Communication skills.
∎ Have Good Knowledge about Gov Tender
∎ Have good computer skill on MS office
∎ Have good command in Medical Instrument tender
∎ Typing speed should be good or faster in Bangla and English both.
∎ Bangla Typing Speed 20 Words per Minute
∎ Have Good Communication Skill to Government Officer
∎ EGP Tender bidding
∎ OTM , EOI, RFQ Tender Documents Preparation,ubmission
∎
∎ Skills Required: client handling, Tender bidding, Tender Documents, Tender Management
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Day schedule : 08:30 am to 07:30 pm. Job duty: 08:00 hrs.
∎ (But for worming up, Meeting, work planning, regular Training, self-Development, lunch, prayer break and reporting need to come office at 8:00 am and leave office at 8:00 pm; 04:00 hrs expectd to be consume extra)
