∎ Bismillah Scientific Company is an Importer, indenter, Whole seller, Retailor and Supplier of All kinds Scientific & Laboratory Equipment, Specially works to the sector of Pharmaceutical industry, Hospital, Public & Private University, Research Institute, Health Lab, Environmental Lab, Dying & Knitting industry etc. all kinds of Laboratory instruments like Chromatography system, Testing meters, lab Glassware, Plastic ware Textile testing equipment, Weight Scales, Balance, Platform scales & laboratory Machinery, We are also the stockholder of Pharmaceutical instruments & Row Material, Industrial QC products, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Physics, Environmental Lab instrument ,water testing kits and Fisheries Kit supply ,installation and service all over Bangladesh. We are also the tenderer and consultant of the project of various Government Institution and organization are inviting applications for Executive Engineer for Analytical Lab Instrument Supply ,Procurement & commercial dept. having its corporate office at Hatkhola Road, Tikatoly (Close to Motijheel )Dhaka-1213

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of All kinds Scientific & the Lab equipment for Pharmaceutical industry, Hospital, Public & Private University, Research Institute, Health Lab, Environmental Lab, Dying & Knitting industry
∎ Sourcing all kinds of Laboratory instruments like Chromatography system, Testing meters, lab Glassware, Plastic ware Textile testing equipment, Weight Scales, Balance, Platform scales & laboratory Machinery, Pharmaceutical Row Material, Industrial QC products, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Physics ,Environmental Lab ,water testing kits & Fisheries
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding export and import custom procedures.
∎ Ensure procurement is carried out in accordance with specific policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) , EGP Tender ,Local Tender
∎ Generate required procurement documentations and maintain records.
∎ Prepare procurement proposals and initiates to approve as per standard routing system.
∎ Co-ordinate with factory, other internal departments and suppliers for expediting procurement processes.
∎ Work closely with all associated sectors to ensure planned activities and implement accordingly.
∎ Perform any other duties of department as and when needed
∎ Keep liaison with the vendors. Follow-up of timely shipment/delivery,
∎ Procurement of trial materials (Raw material for lab scale production, reagent & regular consumable items.
∎ Must be have computer skills (Word, Excel & Power point)
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal, writing and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge on negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, analytical ability, presentation skill and contract management.
∎ Should be result focus oriented and willingness to learn.
∎ Adequate Knowledge in MS Office,(Word, Excel & Power point
∎ For exceptional candidates required qualifications may be slightly relaxed
