• Monitor daily stock movement from warehouse to dealers/distributors to ensure smooth operations

• Coordinate with sales teams and warehouse/depot personnel for timely product dispatch

• Track order processing, delivery status, and manage pending orders proactively

• Maintain optimum stock levels at warehouses and distributor locations

• Prepare and analyze distribution reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)

• Identify delivery delays and take corrective actions to resolve issues promptly

• Coordinate with transport agencies to ensure on-time delivery and efficient route planning

• Support execution of distribution strategies and network expansion plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ERP and Sales & Distribution (S&D) systems

• Monitor product damage, returns, and replacement processes to minimize losses

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with dealers regarding stock availability and delivery timelines
