∎ 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
∎ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data handling, charts, analysis) and PowerPoint
∎ Working knowledge of web store platforms
∎ Proficiency in digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with strengths in communication, creative thinking, and analytical thinking
∎ Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.
∎ Understanding of influencer marketing in the Bangladeshi market
∎ Basic Bangla typing and content adaptation for local audience

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms
∎ Maintain and update the company’s web store, including product uploads, pricing, inventory status, and banners
∎ Plan, run, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand awareness and drive sales
∎ Prepare performance reports and dashboards in Excel; present key insights using PowerPoint
∎ Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to align marketing with business goals
∎ Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (SEO, Google Ads, social media analytics)
∎ Manage product listings and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Chaldal, etc.
∎ Support email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content planning
