Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all types of communication and brand work for social media Page for assigned different brands of the organization.
∎ Prepare and distribute Facebook post schedule and coordinate with internal team for execution.
∎ Plan and generate ideas for different content for regular social media.
∎ Coordinate with creative department for final execution.
∎ Communicate with brand team for the monthly product lists for the social media advertisement.
∎ Generate ideas for the content and update accordingly in the monthly content calendar.
∎ Published final content to the respective social media page.
∎ Prepare, Manage and distribute budget with media planner regarding final execution budget for the promotional activities in social media within the approval.
∎ Work within team as per assigned specific job role like Brainstorming, Media Planning and Content execution.
∎ Co-ordinate with Online media for Online PR.
∎ Ensure advertisement placement and sponsorship in online media as per specific work plan.
∎ Identify the requirements for regular website updates and coordinate with internal department to execute the work for assigned brands.
∎ Managing and co-ordinate with concern department for the execution of regular day to day social media marketing activities.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain packing, printing & others as per work requirements.
∎ Manage and execute work related bills of different brands and submit to the concerned department.
∎ Documentation and archiving of different approvals and digital assets for future reference and work.
