Job Context:
∎ We are urgently looking for Digital Marketing & Customer Service Executive for the rapid expansion of business as well as for management of clients.
∎ Digital Marketing: B2B and B2C
∎ Client management: B2B, B2C and Wholesale
∎ Increasing sales volume
∎ Market Research
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Seeking out new B2B, B2C and wholesale sales opportunities through networking, social media, telemarketing and email marketing.
∎ Setting up meetings with potential corporate clients, visiting potential customers for new B2B and wholesale business.
∎ Dealing with clients and following up sales activities, ensuring clients' satisfaction and aftersales service.
∎ Corresponding to customers through social media
∎ Managing orders and dispatch of products to abroad.
∎ Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Increasing sales volume, strategy development for expanding.
∎ Expanding sales inside and outside Dhaka.
∎ Sourcing of event marketing and organizing any kind of event such as corporate, social, etc.
∎ Tracking the record of sales activity and regular report making with analysis.
∎ Managing stock of the products and client's database system.
∎ Have to provide analytical data related to the competitor's business, current market demands.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proactive and innovative.
∎ Expertise in MS Office and G-Suit.
∎ Good presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Relevant experience of 3 years or more.
