∎ Manage and optimize YouTube channels, focusing on SEO to improve video rankings and viewership.
∎ Design visually compelling graphics for online and offline marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, brochures, and ads.
∎ Ensure all creative materials maintain brand consistency and meet the company’s visual standards.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and feedback over phone calls and messages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond to customer questions and concerns on social media platforms and other digital channels.
