Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A degree in Marketing or Online Communications would be an added advantage
∎ Certification on Facebook Blueprint & similar certification from Google would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts with a special emphasize on Facebook, Google, and Youtube
∎ Conduct research on market trends, audiences, and competitors
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain to reach the target customers
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and generate new ideas for digital campaigns
∎ Implement digital marketing campaigns accordingly and analyze campaigns (ROI)
∎ Plan and ensure online customer support and phone call support
∎ Manage webpage admin panel and control
∎ Assist the Sales Management in developing the digital marketing strategy
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound experience in digital marketing, eCommerce sales development, search engine optimization (SEO), marketing database, email, social media advertising campaigns, etc.
∎ Strong experience in identifying target audiences and devising efficient digital campaigns accordingly
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Creator Studio, and other online tools)
∎ Very good media buying experience
∎ Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager (e.g., conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads)
∎ Very good communication skills
∎ Young, smart, and energetic
∎ Proactive and dynamic
∎ Ability to handle work pressure and meet the deadline
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
