∎ Our in-house Showrooms & Design Studio exhibit the broad array of products that we have successfully delivered to our customers, and a vast collection of bespoke, innovative designs/services that we offer to our prospective customers.
∎ The Executive - Design Studio & Showroom will primarily be accountable for managing the daily administration of all activities in the showrooms & design studio, liaising with the design and merchandising teams. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating eye-catching displays of products in collaboration with cross-functional teams to help promote the image, products, and services of ZXY.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the Design team, and other functional teams with showroom booking requests for customer/suppliers/internal meetings and allocate the respective showrooms.
∎ Ensure all resources (samples/catalogues/ stationery/ design & fabric books) crucial for the meeting are available in the showroom & design studio.
∎ Ensure all samples/fabric in the showroom are kept in order (category wise) with all details and pictures/tags.
∎ Maintain a clean and orderly showroom, contact electricians, cleaners, and support staff for the necessary maintenance work.
∎ Assist the Design team in the beautification of the showrooms & design studio.
∎ Train the support staff on the Showroom floors on global customer service, etiquette, grooming etc. to ensure collaborative effort in creating lasting impression to enhance the good will of ZXY.
∎ Support in setting up the allocated appropriate showroom for the respective meetings in a timely manner.
∎ Follow up with IT & Admin teams and coordinate to ensure arrangements are ensured proactively.
∎ Organize refreshments/ lunch for meetings in showroom in liaison with respective teams.
∎ Maintain a tracker to keep track of and trace all incoming and outgoing samples to and from the showroom to locate where each sample is 100% of the time and which are overdue.
∎ Support to ensure all samples are returned to the respective BUs after the meetings conclude without confusion.
∎ Record samples selected by customer in every meeting with a picture /date /comments and send to respective BU/Design team.
∎ Manage showroom sample storage and maintain regular sample supplies.
∎ Take pictures of all new products in the photo studio, codify them, and update them in MIS.
∎ Coordinate archiving and disposal of all old samples / fabrics and displays with approval.

∎ Have a flair for fashion, design, and colors
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Be creative, imaginative, and energetic
∎ Knowledge about trends of fashion, fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
∎ 2-3 years' experience in Design Studio/Showroom Coordination or Visual Merchandising in a reputed buying office or factory
∎ Should have basic understanding of product, fabrication, styling, marketing, and design sense.
