Responsibilities & Context: - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
- Meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
- Responding to calls on public holidays and weekends.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
- Organize, clean, and analyze data using MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.)
- Compile data into clear and concise reports or spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update data records in Excel on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliverables.
