Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
  • Meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
  • Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
  • Responding to calls on public holidays and weekends.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
  • Organize, clean, and analyze data using MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.)
  • Compile data into clear and concise reports or spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and update data records in Excel on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliverables.
