Job Context:
∎ US-Bangla Airlines, the country’s largest private airline is inviting Bangladeshi Candidates to submit applications for the post of Executive- Customer Service for Osmani International Airport, Sylhet and Cox’s Bazar Airport, Cox’s Bazar based on the following criteria-
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check In & Boarding
∎ Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special need of passengers.
∎ Ensuring excellent customer services extended to the customer
∎ Taking care of the physically challenged
∎ Monitoring mishandled baggage issues
∎ Assisting customers depending on the situation
∎ Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges and baggage reconciliation of flight.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Education : Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00. Third division or equivalent result in any examination will not be accepted.
∎ Candidate with English medium (‘A’ level) background or foreign degree will get preference.
∎ Height : Female- 160 CM (5’-3’’) Minimum
∎ Male-173 CM (5’-8”) Minimum
∎ Weight : Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).
∎ Age : Up-to 26 years as on March 15, 2023
∎ No affidavit will be accepted.
∎ Eyesight : 6/6. No spectacle will be accepted
∎
∎ Language Skill : Fluent in English & Bengali (both written & spoken)
∎ Medical Fitness : Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements
∎ Physical Appearance : Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the body
∎ Attitude & Bearing : Should be positive, impressive and must be good looking
∎ Residence : Must reside near Osmani International Airport, Sylhet/ Cox’s Bazar Airport, Cox’s Bazar
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ After completion probation period your monthly gross salary will be increased by Maximum Tk. 5,000/- (Five Thousand Only) based on your performance appraisal score.
