Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the clients over phone/ face to face and ensure a complete customer service. Customer Handle with care.
∎ Respond to the clients’ queries about the organization or Motorbike industry that comes through inbound/ outbound calls, SMS, email or social media.
∎ Attend special duties i.e., field campaigns/ events/ fairs as required.
∎ Ability to influence, proactive & resourceful.
∎ Good at handling phone calls.
