Responsibilities & Context:
  • Booking receive from customer & make shipping plan.

  • Cargo book with MLO to meet customer desired eta at destination.

  • Follow up shipment routing & check the connection.

  • Preparing Shipment advice.

  • Taking existing buyer approval.

  • Communicate customers & MLO over phone, by email.

  • Visiting customer when needed.

  • Submit SI.

  • Send to customer draft B/L.

  • Preparing Freight Invoice & Debit note.

  • Preparing Export & Import Report for Sea.

  • Send Pre Alert to agent & buyer.

  • Agent handling.

  • Release & Surrender B/L.

  • Updating customer profile.

  • Submitting AMS & AFR.

  • Preparing shipment log.

  • Coordination with Customer Service & Operation team regarding various issues of existing customers.
