Booking receive from customer & make shipping plan.
Cargo book with MLO to meet customer desired eta at destination.
Follow up shipment routing & check the connection.
Preparing Shipment advice.
Taking existing buyer approval.
Communicate customers & MLO over phone, by email.
Visiting customer when needed.
Submit SI.
Send to customer draft B/L.
Preparing Freight Invoice & Debit note.
Preparing Export & Import Report for Sea.
Send Pre Alert to agent & buyer.
Agent handling.
Release & Surrender B/L.
Updating customer profile.
Submitting AMS & AFR.
Preparing shipment log.
Coordination with Customer Service & Operation team regarding various issues of existing customers.
As per company policy
