∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and must have good computer Knowledge.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customer in English.
∎ Checking shipping documents.
∎ Must have good knowledge about import export related work.
∎ Making quotations and Invoices.
∎ Japanese language candidate is preferable.
∎ Supervise and manage the staff.
∎ Must have good mail writing in English.
∎ Must have good Negotiation skills with customer and vendor.
