Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, social media, website, and chat promptly.

  • Process online orders accurately, ensuring correct product, size, and delivery details.

  • Promote products through social media posts, campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.

  • Track order status and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.

  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds professionally to maintain satisfaction.

  • Maintain records of online sales and generate daily/weekly reports for management.

  • Monitor online stock levels and notify the inventory team when items are low or out of stock.
