Process online orders accurately, ensuring correct product, size, and delivery details.
Promote products through social media posts, campaigns, and online marketing initiatives.
Track order status and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and refunds professionally to maintain satisfaction.
Maintain records of online sales and generate daily/weekly reports for management.
Monitor online stock levels and notify the inventory team when items are low or out of stock.
Office Hours: 10 AM-07 PM & 04 PM-01 AM (Work from home after 10 PM)
