At least 2 years Experienced on textile customer service, familiar with ERP system operation and LC operation
Very good at MS Word, MD Excell, Power point, Internet Browsing and other office applications.
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Professional appearance and strong communication skills to represent the company brand
Basic Mandarin is a plus
Location : Office & Factory Visit as per need.
Duty Time: 9 am to 6 pm
Responsibility:
Receiving bulk orders from customers and follow the orders until payments done.
Receiving customer new development requests and follow the developments until technical files signed
Follow customer sampling request
Quotation and customer price referencing in ERP system
Price negotiation
Customer quality issue support
Regular customer visit
