Job Description / Responsibility
Respond promptly to customer queries and manage order processing, including PI generation and payment coordination for shipping documents, ensuring end-to-end follow-up until delivery.
Educate customers on order placement procedures and provide guidance on internal systems and processes.
Maintain regular follow-up with the planning team to ensure deliveries meet committed timelines.
Coordinate closely with customers regarding LC requirements to ensure timely payments; process
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure proper packing, smooth delivery execution, and timely challan collection.
Visit customers as required for relationship management and resolution of critical issues.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and follow up with relevant teams on action points
