Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer quarries of the customer through Facebook messenger, phone calls.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
∎ Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
∎ Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the clients.
∎ Regular Daily Activity reporting to Management.
∎ Update customer database
∎ Keeping a record of customer correspondence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: No Need
∎ You need to have the guts to talk with at least 100 clients every day.
∎ We are seeking energetic folks to take charge & help us spread sustainable tourism around Bangladesh.
∎ Need to acquire a learning attitude.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
